What's the pricing to rent the venue?

Pricing varies depending on the day of week and time of day. Our event coordinator will provide you with a quick and clear proposal upon receiving basic event information.

What's included with the rental of the venue?

You’ll have private usage of the fully-furnished space and all of it’s amenities including tables and chairs. You’ll also have an event coordinator to help arrange your event. The only additional charges are optional and include items such as our A/V package, podium, bridal suite/green room, and photobooth. If you would like to use linens, you would need to contract with a vendor to rent those.

Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?

Absolutely. We only ask that you not put anything onto the walls or do anything that will leave permanent marks.

Who sets up the tables and chairs that the venue provides?

We take care of that for you. Our team will follow the agreed upon layout that you desire. You are just responsible for any of your decorations and coordinating with us if you are a linen vendor.

Does The 1914 offer catering and bar service?

The 1914 has a prep kitchen, but an outside caterer will need to be booked. Our event coordinator can help you find the perfect caterer. The 1914 has a beer and wine license. Professional bartenders are provided with bar packages.

No, we don't. You may choose vendors that you wish, but all caterers must be pre-approved by our event coordinator to ensure that they have a current Rock County Public Health Department food license.

Yes! The 1914 is the perfect venue for great music and dancing the night away.
